SECURITY DEPOSITS
All Security deposit are the equivalent of 1 week’s rent. All deposit are returned 48 hours after move out. If you move out before 3 months, there is $99.00 break up fee. The $99.00 fee is deducted from your security deposit.
HOW TO MOVE OUT:
- Clean Room to the level of when you moved in.
- Take picture of room and email : smartroomz@gmail.com
- Put key in move out Dropbox.
- Allow for 48 hours for deposit to be returned by way of direct deposit, zelle, or cashapp.
A SMART ROOMZ DEPOSIT CAN RESERVE YOUR ROOM
You can reserve and hold your room up to 2 weeks. This allows you to hold a desired room in place until your move-in date.
