One time fees are paid at the time of check-in.

• Utilities Included
• Cleaning Provided in Common Areas (Kitchen/bathrooms/living rooms).

Deposit

• All deposits are equivalent to 1 week’s rent.
• Deposits are refunded 48 hours after move out and room inspection
• Holding deposit reserves a room for two weeks. Holding deposits are non refundable
